However she seems hesitated to talk more about of the “slave house”; it was just a very quick mention, but her middle-class sense of “properness” stopped her to dig in more. I understand, after all it is just a pleasure tour… it is sort of like: I want truth but it should not too shocking to me or my friends, I want a kind of truth that is political-correct but with a fresh twist, so I can talk about it during my dinner party!
